Business Development Manager

Direct Hire

Location : Hybrid , SFO, CA




As an Business Development Manager you will be a total solution provider and be responsible for:

New business prospecting and development; including develop new customers.

Generating new customer and sales leads, setting-up accounts.

Drive new client development via market research, cold call prospecting, lead generation and consistent sales activities with a focus on complex sales opportunities;

Develop and maintain a prospective customer pipeline within a targeted contingent labor spend category;

Consistently move prospective customers through the sales cycle via organized follow up and monthly sales activity;

Actively participate in networking opportunities to assist in identifying and seizing opportunities to develop new business;

Promote company's corporate image through participation in business organizations, community activities and customer relations

Knowledge of IT or IT Staffing would be a plus

Experience - 0-2 years


The ideal Business Development Manager will also have:

Ability to multi-task
