As we expand our footprint, we're looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, build strategic relationships, and help shape the future of our firm.

Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial interiors space (offices, retail, hospitality, etc.)

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: developers, brokers, architects, designers, project managers, and property managers

  • Represent the company at industry networking events, panels, and conferences

  • Collaborate with leadership and estimating teams on pitch strategies, proposals, and RFP responses

  • Maintain and track a robust pipeline of prospects in CRM software

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to position the company strategically

  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging, collateral, and campaigns to support business development goals

Profile


  • 1+ year of business development, sales, or client relationship experience in commercial construction, architecture, real estate, or related industries preferred but not required

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of ownership

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Passion for design, construction, and the built environment
