Are you a highly motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service? We're looking for an energetic and customer-focused Luxury Custom Home Sales/Marketing Professional to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sales/marketing professional to thrive in the luxury custom home market, representing a company known for excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Experience: Engage with potential buyers, showcasing beautiful new homes and assisting them throughout the home buying process, from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Market & Promote New Business: Conduct prospecting, marketing, and promotional efforts to generate leads, while maintaining and building relationships with prospective buyers and the Realtor community.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in the custom home market. Maintain a relationship with the Realtor community.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the Construction/Production team during the sales and construction phases.
  • Speculative Home Maintenance: Ensure that the speculative home is well-maintained and visually appealing for potential buyers.
  • Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • New Home Sales Experience: A proven track record in new home sales, preferably with a luxury home builder, or 2+ years of high-end sales experience. Experience reading blueprints and interpreting CC&R's and design guidelines.
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic: High energy and a positive attitude, with the motivation to succeed and exceed sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with clients and team members, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Availability: Ability to work Monday through Friday from the office, with some weekend hours required to meet customer needs.
  • This position does not require a real estate license.

Benefits:

Compensation: Commission-based with excellent earning potential. Builder will consider draw against commission structure

Mileage Reimbursement

Paid Week off at Christmas

Paid Vacation - 1 week after 90-day probationary period

Medical Insurance - 75% paid by Employer after 90-day probationary
