C Cross Logistics was founded in 2016 as a brokerage extension of an asset-based flatbed trucking company. Our goal at inception was to service lanes outside of the southeastern United States that our parent company did not have capacity for.


Over the past nine years, C Cross has grown into much more than that. In 2020 we branched out and became a full-service 3PL with over fifty employees and agents scattered throughout the country.


We opened the Tuscaloosa office in January 2021 for two reasons.

  1. To accelerate organic company growth by hiring and training top talent in the area and helping them grow to become the best logistics professionals in our industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through online research and sales tools provided by C Cross.
  • Build relationships and earn the trust of new and existing customers through calls and emails.
  • Book shipments for customers using new and established trucking companies in our network.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers throughout the process.
  • Work with your team to keep the country moving.

What we are looking for

  • Any or all, preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree, sales experience, logistics experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • High energy - Logistics is a fast-paced, ever-changing industry. No two days are the same, which makes this industry unique, challenging, and FUN.
  • A competitive and driven mindset that wants to be part of a growing company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
