We are looking for a driven and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and setting up meetings for the sales team. This is a crucial front-line role that helps fuel company growth by building a strong pipeline of prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and research potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
Qualify leads based on target criteria and understand client needs and pain points
Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, conversions, and meetings booked
Represent the company brand in a professional and engaging manner
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product/service offerings
Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Work Environment:
