Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our customer base. The BDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying new business opportunities, and setting appointments for the sales team. You'll be the first point of contact between our company and potential clients-creating a lasting impression and playing a key role in revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
•   Identify, prospect, and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels
•   Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects' business challenges and pain points
•   Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales executives
•   Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
•   Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation campaigns
•   Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market activity
•   Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and goals related to outbound activity and lead conversions Qualifications
•   1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•   Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
•   Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
•   Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools
•   Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
