What You'll Do


• Hunt New Accounts: Focus on finding and closing new clients who can benefit from high-performing direct mail campaigns.


• Sell Big, Earn Big: Make solid money with a competitive base + uncapped commission, with on-target earnings of $70K+.


• Work Smart: Use phone, text, email, LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to engage prospects, set the appointment.


• Reocurring Revenue: Typical DynamiCard clients re-order 2 to 12 times per year, making your job that much easier as you mature into your new role.


• Own Your Growth: You will have the ability to give yourself a raise at any moment; the more you sell, the more you earn.


What You Bring


• Hustle and Drive: You're a go-getter who loves the thrill of the chase by making 60-100 calls per day.


• Sales Skills: You're quick on your feet & possess the ability to establish an immediate connection with your prospect.


• Proven Success: At least 2+ years of sales experience - experience in the advertising or marketing related space will give you an advantage.


• Direct Mail Knowledge a BONUS: You'll have an unfair advantage if you understand mail lists, postage, ROI analysis, and how to measure campaign success.


• A Great Attitude: You're collaborative, coachable, and easy to work with (no jerks allowed).
