The Role
This is a rare opportunity to join an elite team at a defining moment in the company's journey.
As one of the first BDRs on the ground, you'll play a key role in building pipeline, testing outreach strategies, and shaping what world-class outbound looks like from day one.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Research and identify target accounts across key verticals
- Execute outbound campaigns with high levels of personalization
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the VP Sales
- Engage with technical stakeholders and decision-makers
- Support the development of scalable GTM processes
What Does Success Look Like? Consistently booking high-quality meetings with top-tier prospects and developing a deep understanding of the product. Furthermore, playing a key role in shaping outbound strategy and messaging.
What You'll Bring:
- 6+ months of experience in a SaaS BDR or SDR role
- A genuine interest in the AI and DevTool ecosystem
- Ability to communicate confidently with technical stakeholders
- Hunger to grow, learn fast, and thrive in a high-performance culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
