What You'll Do as a Business Development Representative (BDR)
This hybrid inbound-outbound role is a critical part of our go-to-market team:
- Generate qualified pipeline from product sign-ups and marketing campaigns
- Drive outbound outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, and high-volume calls (50-100/day)
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership on strategy, messaging, and playbook development
- Help define and scale the BDR function at an early-stage AI startup
You Should Have
Seniority & Experience:
- 1+ year in a BDR/SDR role, ideally at a top-tier program (e.g., MongoDB, Snowflake, Databricks, Twilio)
- Proven track record of hitting targets and generating pipeline
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills
Education & Tools:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs
Soft Skills:
- Charismatic, confident communicator
