Seeking a part-time Business Development Representative (BDR) for a growing national manufacturing company, FoamOrder. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-8 hours in the office (Richmond, CA) per week. You will gain experience working on a team developing and qualifying new clients and bidding and helping with project proposals. The primary customer will be commercial entities seeking replacement cushion and design solutions (hotels, resorts, apartment buildings, country clubs, etc.)


Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate customer leads by sending outbound emails on a daily basis
  • Manage pipeline tracking with the goal of continually improving lead generation performance
  • Qualify leads through discussions with potential customers
  • Research and evaluate additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Utilize various sales software to generate customer outreach
  • Set up meetings between prospective customers and account executive

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills via PHONE and email
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software preferred
  • Some selling or prospecting experience preferred
