We are a fast-growing company with a dynamic team in the US office. To support our expansion, we are looking for an energetic and proactive Business Development Representative to strengthen our operations, support the team, and generate new business opportunities.


What you will do?

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the US team while contributing to our business growth. Your responsibilities will include:


Administrative & Operational Support:

  • Manage order processing, invoicing, and data entry into our CRM system.
  • Assist in organizing small events, training sessions, and customer webinars.
  • Support marketing efforts by preparing materials such as presentations, brochures, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, generate reports, and track key business metrics.
  • Assist with customer outreach for training, updates, and promotions.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Identify and research potential customers and industry contacts to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct cold calling, outreach campaigns, and follow-ups to engage prospects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to refine business strategies.

Who you are?

  • A Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred). Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset - you don't wait for instructions; you take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to engage confidently with potential customers and internal teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM systems, marketing tools, or sales automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small, agile team.
  • A positive attitude toward learning new technology (basic understanding of engineering software is an advantage but not required).
