Extension is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients in Milwaukee.
About Our Client
The company is looking to expand their presence in Wisconsin and surrounding markets. This is a full-time, in-office role and a great opportunity for someone with hands-on AV or event experience who is passionate about building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local and regional clients
- Identify and pursue new opportunities with event planners, venues, corporate clients, and community organizations
- Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand event needs and present creative AV solutions
- Use a mix of outreach strategies including networking, referrals, cold calls, and inbound leads
- Participate in client walkthroughs, site visits, and planning meetings
- Prepare and send proposals, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales and/or event experience
- 2-5 years of experience in AV, production, or live events
- Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally
- High customer service standards and a "go the extra mile" attitude
