Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential customers through targeted online research and other proactive channels.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate and conduct cold calls and emails to introduce Elite Interactive Solutions' industry-leading products and services.
- Qualifying Leads: Effectively engage prospects, understanding their unique needs and challenges to determine suitability before transitioning them to our sales executives.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule meetings or calls between qualified leads and our sales team to streamline and facilitate the sales process.
- Lead Nurturing: Maintain consistent, meaningful communication with potential clients to build relationships and guide them through our sales pipeline.
- Database Management: Accurately log all interactions and maintain updated prospect information within our CRM system for effective follow-up and reporting.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing departments, aligning strategies to optimize lead generation and ensure efficient transitions to sales.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation volume, conversion rates, and overall pipeline growth.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging potential customers persuasively.
- Sales Knowledge: Basic understanding and appreciation of sales principles, techniques, and processes.
- Research Capability: Proven ability to conduct detailed market research and identify viable leads.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity and experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using email marketing platforms and various sales technologies.
- Motivation and Drive: Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a proactive attitude.

Preferred Experience:

Compensation:
- Competitive pay of $24-$27 per hour, based on experience.
