This exclusive Sales Development Representative (SDR) residency is designed to help you break into tech sales-no previous experience in the industry required.


We're looking for driven, coachable, and people-focused individuals who are excited to help business owners streamline operations and improve their customer experiences through powerful digital tools.


What You'll Do

As an SDR, you'll introduce property managers and real estate service providers to a platform that helps them manage, grow, and future-proof their businesses. You'll be the first touchpoint in the sales process, helping potential customers explore how technology can simplify and scale their operations.

  • Generate and qualify leads via phone, email, social media, and networking
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers at property management and real estate service firms
  • Discover business needs and communicate how the platform addresses key pain points
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to generate opportunities and book meetings
  • Research companies to personalize outreach and align messaging
  • Use sales tools like Salesforce and Outreach to manage your pipeline and track activities
  • Hit and exceed performance goals tied to outreach and lead generation

What You'll Learn

Qualifications

  • Interest or background in sales, marketing, tech, or customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Confident initiating conversations with new people
  • Full-time availability required
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn, or ZoomInfo is a plus (not required)
