Base Salary: $50,000-$60,000 + Commission
First-Year Earning Potential: $80,000-$90,000+
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads across multiple channels with an exceptional prospect experience.
- Manage a qualified pipeline and consistently drive outreach.
- Conduct cold calls, tours, face-to-face visits, social selling, and networking events.
- Identify and qualify prospects based on strategic customer profiles.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Create customized proposals that showcase our value.
- Log all activities in CRM and track performance metrics.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of business development or B2B sales experience.
- Strong communicator with top-notch presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid/remote environment.
- Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close deals.
