Sales Representative

Purpose

•   Actively seek out new opportunities for customer growth

•   Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

•   Follow up with customer leads and provide detailed knowledge of services

•   Negotiate and establish contract terms with customers

•   Analyze territory and market trends

•   Coordinate sales strategies with internal team
Key responsibilities

•   You will be given the opportunity to progress and develop in a clear and structured manner

•   You will be working for key player in the freight forwarding industry, specializing in Domestic logistics solutions

•   Identifying and sourcing new leads

•   Quoting and winning new business to achieve agreed annual targets

•   Developing relationships with customers, on boarding, and working with Operations team to ensure successful service within agreed SOPs, meeting customers expectations

•   Working collaboratively with Operational and Product teams

•   Updating and ensuring all relevant information is captured within CRM/Sales Management System
Desired Profile

•   The ideal candidate will have previous history of a strong book of
business and maintaining client relationships

•   Interested candidates should have 5+ years of prior sales experience in transportation services and eager to drive revenue growth
•   Experience in freight brokerage and sales

•   CRM and Microsoft skills
