Inside Sales Representative
Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in-office (Frederick, MD)
We're hiring a coachable, driven, and curious Inside Sales Rep to help us grow our footprint across Maryland and Virginia. You'll be joining a sales-forward team that's tight-knit, team-oriented, and built around solving real problems together - no micromanagement here, just clear expectations and full support.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of post-grad experience who wants to build a career in industrial sales.
Whether you want to stay long-term as a top Inside Rep or eventually move into a high-earning Outside Sales role, we'll help you get there.
What You'll Do:
- Cold call and prospect new business opportunities across key verticals
- Set up meetings for our field sales team and support the full sales cycle
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Enablement to leverage data tools and campaigns
- Ride along with reps to build product knowledge and client understanding
- Be a team player - jump in, help out, and take ownership
- Work from the office 2x per week, with flexibility the other 3 days
Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $50-55K
- On-Target Earnings: $80-85K in year 1, with potential to hit $100K
- Performance-based bonuses with no cap
