We are focused on helping Construction, AEC & Emergency Response industries battle the labor shortage. We pride ourselves in hiring and placing high quality personnel with our clients. We handle contract to hire, direct hire and temp staffing arrangements. We are looking to add a experienced business development associate to our team.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Breaking 2-3 new accounts per month
- Setting 10 meetings with new prospects per week
- Maintainging a high volume of calls and site visits
- Logging 100% of activity in Hubspot
Business development associates will have experience with the following:
- Establish a pipeline with target companies in our sector
- Work with existing accounts to help expand average customer value
- Close new accounts on a consistent basis
- Work with recruiting to adjust/align as needed
- Help implement sales culture and expand
- We are looking to expand into 3 locations within the next 12 months so this is a great opportunity for those that are looking to get in on the ground floor.
- Experience with sales in the staffing / recruiting space is a huge plus. Ideal candidates will have existing accounts and business within the staffing and recruiting space.
Commission packages also available based on total amount of sales generated. Typically will add about $25,000 - $100,000 commission per year.
