Schedule meetings and tours for the Mills James sales team with potential clients.
Maintain and update customer information in the company's HubSpot system.
Conduct market research to identify new leads and understand customer needs and interests in the production industry.
Engage with prospects via phone and email to introduce them to the company's products or services.
Follow up with leads who have been contacted in the past.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting potential customers.
Track and report on sales activities and goals.
Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's services, industry trends, and competition.
Handle objections and educate prospects on the benefits of the company's solutions.
Participate in sales training and educational programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with sales processes and record-keeping requirements.
Assist with the creation of sales materials, such as presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by the CSO.
Provide feedback to marketing on lead generation quality.
