We work directly with local businesses to help them develop marketing strategies for their unique business needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence & Prospecting: Research and identify target market segments and specific potential clients within the greater Denver area using market insights and data. Understand their potential needs and how NTV360's solutions align.
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via networking (community events, Chamber of Commerce, etc), email, and phone calls, informed by your understanding of the market and prospect needs.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate NTV360's value proposition, tailoring the message to resonate with different types of businesses and highlighting the marketing benefits of our digital billboard network.
  • Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting: Engage prospects effectively to qualify their interest and need, with the primary goal of scheduling high-quality introductory meetings or consultations for the Sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish initial rapport and build trust with potential clients through professional, engaging, and consistent communication.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of outreach activities, prospect interactions, market feedback, and scheduled appointments within our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Share market feedback and insights with sales and marketing teams to help refine overall strategy and messaging.

Success Metrics:

  • Consistent generation of qualified leads and high-quality appointments set for the Sales team.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively research, prospect, and engage target markets.
  • Strong work ethic, organization, and proactive contribution to growth initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time


Compensation: On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $56,000 to $70,000 for the first year (includes base salary + uncapped commission).
