Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of sales experience

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Well respected and ability to gain trust from others

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Organized and proactive

Fluency in Spanish or willingness to take classes

Sales Training (preferred)

Live in or be able to commute to the Austin Metro Area

Must possess reliable transportation


Duties & Responsibilities

TEAM BEHAVIORS:

Oversee the maintenance and operation of all sales-related equipment.

Build friendship and confidence with sales team and company

Ensure high level of customer satisfaction sales system

Participate in sales team meeting, "team pulse" and "wheel of life"


MANAGEMENT OF SELF:

Adhere to company values

Must have timely and effective communication with clients

Achieve company sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

Build future annual sales goals with manager

Disciplined with calendar and have excellent time management

Must be able to participate in after hour networking events

Engage in continual learning and receive coaching from manager

Must enter accurate contact & billing information for accounts

Ability to handoff customers successfully to the Arbor department

Attend and excel in Sandler Sales Training and Weekly Pipeline Meeting

Develop and execute strategy to maintain and expand business

Must be able to maintain key relationships with clients

Prospect for business by cold calls, walk-ins, networking, lead generation

Ability to assist customer through the sales process

Engage in continual learning and coaching from manager

Compensation Clarification

A business developer/sales employee may expect to gross anywhere between $70,000 - $120,000+ in a calendar year including salary and commissions.
