About You
We're building a sales team to spearhead our expansion into the USA and looking for a driven, ambitious individual to lead the charge. You'll be the first of many hires, with the opportunity to shape our sales operations and grow a team across multiple states. Initially, your role will focus on driving sales, but as the team expands, you'll play a key part in recruiting and managing new team members while maximizing both sales and operational efficiency.
If you have experience in till systems, self-service kiosks, or card terminals, that's a big plus. You can leverage your existing network to drive sales and introduce Kayana to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify market trends, understand competitors, and uncover new opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and potential clients effectively.
- Self-motivated, independent, and driven to achieve results while contributing to the team's success.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a business development manager in a fast-paced organization.
- A degree in marketing, business management, or business development is advantageous but not essential.
