Your Role:


As a Business Development Rep, you'll play a key role in prospecting and generating new business opportunities for our Clean-Tech and Water-Tech clients. You'll develop compelling email messaging, confidently engage prospects through phone calls and virtual meetings, and represent our clients professionally in all interactions.

Responsibilities:


  • Identify high-quality prospects and schedule meetings to generate revenue for assigned clients.

  • Manage prospecting activities and data in CRM systems.

  • Regularly report progress and results to senior team members.

  • Achieve monthly outreach and performance targets.

  • Support ongoing development and growth initiatives for ESM clients.

  • Collaborate on creative marketing and communication projects.

  • Proactively suggest and implement improvements for both ESM and client strategies.

  • Participate actively in team meetings and client performance reviews.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred)

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Slack

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Compensation:


We aim to advance all employees towards a $50k base salary within their first year, supplemented by bonuses typically exceeding $5,000. Performance reviews and opportunities for advancement occur regularly, every 3-6 months.
