Compensation: Base Pay $35,000/year + Uncapped Commission $110,000+ OTE

Your Role: What You'll Be Doing

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities
  • Develop outreach strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Maintain relationships and explore upsell opportunities with existing clients
  • Track KPIs and report on sales activity and outcomes
  • Stay current on trends in tech, marketing, and compliance

  • Proven business development or sales background in Tech (REQUIRED)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Comfort working with CRM tools and reporting dashboards

️ Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven business development or sales experience in Tech (REQUIRED)
  • Experience and understanding of digital/tech solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work both independently and on a team

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

  • Base Salary: $35,000 annually
  • Commission-based Earnings: Uncapped bonus potential
  • W2: Company-paid Medical, Dental, and Vision, with option for employee to pay for family, 401k with 3% of total earnings automatically contributed, paid time-off
