A next-gen tool for Gen AI applications. This company has achieved extraordinary growth in record time, with no formal sales team in place. Despite that, their client list includes some of the biggest names across the globe.


Following a $80M funding round, the company is now building its founding sales team. The investor backing is equally impressive, with support from two former Fortune 500 CEOs and other renowned figures in the tech ecosystem.


The Role


This is a key hire at a pivotal moment. You'll operate as a player-coach - contributing to pipeline development while guiding and mentoring early-career team members as the function grows.

You'll work closely with the Sales leadership team and other senior leaders to define outbound strategy, refine messaging, and lay the foundation for repeatable success.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Own outbound strategy and execution across a key segment of the market
  • Drive pipeline growth through creative, targeted outreach
  • Manage, mentor, and support 1-2 junior BDRs (and help grow the team)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product to align messaging with ICP
  • Provide insights from the front lines to help shape GTM direction
  • Balance hands-on business development with strategic leadership

What You'll Bring:


  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within early-stage environments
  • Proven ability to drive outbound pipeline and win new business
  • 2+ years leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of technical buyers (developers, data teams, ML/AI engineers)
  • Passion for AI, infrastructure, or DevTool ecosystems
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance culture

What Does Success Look Like? Building and closing a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities and leading by example both through team support and beings hands-on. Furthermore, becoming a key voice in shaping the GTM playbook.
