Key Responsibilities:
Aggressive New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, converting prospects into valuable clients.
Strategic Lead Generation & Prospecting: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing tailored IT staffing solutions.
Solution Selling & Consultative Approach: Consult with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements and present compelling solutions that address their challenges.
Deal Closure & Contract Negotiation: Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Service Order Acquisition & Fulfillment Oversight: Secure service orders and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client fulfillment and exceptional service delivery.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Local residency in Northern VA (or within a 30-mile commute of Reston, VA).
Proven Track Record in New Business Acquisition: 1+ years of demonstrated success in building new business and developing client relationships within the staffing solutions industry (IT strongly preferred).
Exceptional Prospecting & Presentation Skills: Ability to identify, engage, and present compelling solutions to potential clients.
Strong Relationship Building & Communication Skills: Ability to establish rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills: Ability to address client challenges and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
High-Energy & Results-Oriented: A driven and competitive individual passionate about exceeding sales targets.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred:
Experience supporting Permanent Direct Placements within the IT industry.
Onsite Requirements: Onsite 5 days a week in Reston, VA. Able to obtain hybrid remote flexibility based upon meeting KPIs.
