Role Description:
As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our client base in the WhatsApp Marketing, IVR, and SMS Marketing domain. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. You will play a key role in developing strategies, meeting revenue targets, and strengthening our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in WhatsApp, IVR, and SMS Marketing.
- Generate leads through various channels and convert them into successful partnerships.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Negotiate and finalize business deals with a win-win approach.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
