We're looking for a Business Development Manager who listens before they talk.

Who knows brand relationships are built, not blitzed.

Who's more about finding the right opportunities than racking up empty leads.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

  • Responding thoughtfully - and fast - to inbound brand leads (because good humans don't ghost)
  • Running discovery calls that are 90% listening, 10% brilliant insight
  • Collaborating with our CEO and VP to craft proposals that solve real problems, not just sell stuff
  • Building budgets that are both smart and straightforward (no smoke, no mirrors)
  • Identifying opportunities where our skills and a brand's goals actually align - not forcing bad fits
  • Building and sustaining authentic client relationships (spoiler: no mass "just checking in" emails)
  • Contributing to big-picture growth strategies, not just today's pipeline
  • Keeping the CRM updated because chaos is cute on TikTok, not in business development

You're Probably a Fit If:

  • You have 3+ years in business development or sales, ideally in marketing, advertising, or a creative agency
  • You are a master listener and a strategic thinker - not a script reader
  • You know how to connect, advise, and earn trust - not manipulate it
  • You're comfortable building budgets and talking money with clarity and respect
  • You can manage multiple conversations, proposals, and client needs without dropping your soul
