Job Details:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Manager in the Construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and negotiating contracts. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic business development initiatives that align with the company's overall mission and vision.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that target key decision-makers in the construction industry.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, client interactions, and forecast business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitors' strategies to stay ahead of the market.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's brand.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong experience in using CRM systems for sales management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and drive business growth.
