The Role & Package
- First U.S.-based BDR Manager - based in NYC or Boston
- $150K-$200K OTE (60/40 split) + equity + full benefits
- Build and lead a team of 4-5 BDRs focused on both inbound and outbound (50/50)
- Strategic role focused on expanding outbound efforts across U.S.
- Opportunity to help shape the team, playbook, and motion from scratch
