They're now hiring their first BDR Manager in the U.S. to lead outbound efforts and scale the top of funnel. This is a chance to build from the ground up at one of the most exciting startups in developer tooling.

The Role & Package


  1. First U.S.-based BDR Manager - based in NYC or Boston
  2. $150K-$200K OTE (60/40 split) + equity + full benefits
  3. Build and lead a team of 4-5 BDRs focused on both inbound and outbound (50/50)
  4. Strategic role focused on expanding outbound efforts across U.S.
  5. Opportunity to help shape the team, playbook, and motion from scratch

Interview Process


  1. 1st - Screening with Strive
  2. 2nd - Interview with VP of Sales
  3. 3rd - Deep dive with VP of Sales
  4. 4th - Panel
  5. Final - Interview with SVP of Sales
