Position Overview:
I am seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join their remote team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our customer base, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Ideal candidates are energetic self-starters with a proven track record in the energy sector and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within deregulated energy markets.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through cold outreach, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, vendors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate and execute energy supply agreements, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding, pricing strategies, and contract renewals.
- Represent the company at virtual industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within energy brokerage or related fields.
