About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales initiatives, manage strategic client relationships, and close high-value deals. This role combines the rigor of business administration with the energy of front-line sales, making it ideal for a professional who thrives in both office management and client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in target markets
- Conduct B2B sales outreach to generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects
- Lead and own the full sales cycle - from initial contact to deal closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals with customer needs
- Oversee key administrative functions, including CRM updates and sales reporting
- Support office operations and contribute to overall business efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development and B2B sales
- Strong ability to close deals and meet/exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in business administration practices and principles
- Experience in or exposure to office management responsibilities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and projects independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field highly preferred
- CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) or PACE (Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence) certification is a plus
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years of business experience and/or 2+ years of business to business to sales
- Previous experience and/or background Business Administration, Office Management highly preferred
