Livelab is a sub-brand of Tec-do 2.0 Group and we are a leading TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) specializing in live commerce, performance marketing, and creator-driven campaigns. As we expand into the U.S., we seek an experienced BD leader to establish our presence and drive strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure partnerships with brands, agencies, and e-commerce sellers to grow our TikTok Shop service offerings.
- Develop and execute a U.S.-focused business development strategy in alignment with our global operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, ad ops, analytics) to tailor solutions for client needs.
- Build relationships with TikTok's U.S. teams to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and long-term account growth.
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of business development experience in:
- E-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify)
- Digital marketing/advertising (4A's agencies, performance marketing firms)
- Live commerce or social commerce service providers
- Proven track record of closing and scaling partnerships with mid-to-large brands.
- Deep understanding of TikTok's ecosystem, including live streaming, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
- Strong network in U.S. retail, DTC, or digital advertising industries.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with international teams (APAC experience a plus).
