As we expand our presence across the Americas, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts, and oversee operations at our new branch in Los Angeles.


Job Description

We're seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Manager ready to take ownership of launching and growing our Los Angeles branch. This is a unique opportunity to build a local presence from the ground up, developing both sales and marketing initiatives, managing daily operations, and building relationships in the hospitality sector.

Given the nature of our client and partner relationships, the ability to speak Korean or Chinese is considered a significant asset, as you will often interface with Korean and Chinese fabricators.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the Los Angeles branch, managing day-to-day operations
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for regional growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in the hospitality sector
  • Build relationships with distributors, fabricators (Korean and Chinese), designers, and construction companies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product awareness and client success
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies for continued expansion
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. business regulations and company policies

Position Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or operations
  • Strong background in B2B sales and developing new regional markets
  • Experience in hospitality interiors, construction, or surface refinishing is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Korean or Chinese language skills are a strong plus
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
