What You'll Do:- Identify and secure new shipper relationships through strategic outreach
- Develop and execute a sales plan to hit revenue goals
- Build and maintain long-term client partnerships
- Collaborate with operations and carrier teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate freight rates and service agreements
- Stay on top of market trends and pricing strategies
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and report on progress
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of freight brokerage or logistics sales experience
- Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals
- Knowledge of transportation modes, lanes, and freight market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-driven, organized, and results-focused
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
