About the Role

Are you a talented sales professional with multifamily real estate experience looking to join an industry leader? As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the pivotal connection between property owners and our premium management services.


Responsibilities

  • Working the leads that come in through our marketing channels
  • Attracting ideal clients who benefit most from our specialized services
  • Developing strategic partnerships with commercial brokers, lenders, trust attorneys, and real estate agents
  • Becoming an expert advisor to property owners throughout Orange County

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in Huntington Beach, CA 92649

Required Skills

  • Multifamily real estate experience (strongly preferred)
  • California Real Estate License (preferred but not required-we'll help you get licensed)
  • Exceptional communication skills across all channels (phone, email, in-person)
  • Strong knowledge of the Orange County real estate market
  • Experience with CRM systems and comfort with leveraging AI tools
  • A track record of consistent sales performance and relationship building
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
