NES Fircroft is currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager to be based out of Houston with a focus on Major Projects with an emphasis on LNG in the Gulf Coast. Expectation to travel to client offices and project sites, 50% travel.
The role of the Business Development Manager involves the formation and execution of a business development strategy for the Gulf Coast to build our contract and managed solutions business lines within the Major Projects. The role is also responsible for engaging client contacts and key contractors to identify and win business, thus personally impacting revenue growth. Supporting activities will include, but not be limited to, interfacing with project managers, operations, and recruitment managers to align service delivery, marketing, and event coordination.

- Sales Rockstar Mode: You'll be finding, pitching, and placing top-tier technical talent into high-impact contract roles that keep major projects moving.
- Lead Hunter Extraordinaire: You'll be identifying new client leads within Major Projects and turning cold connections into warm opportunities.
- Relationship Builder: You'll be developing strong client relationships, qualifying opportunities, and teaming up with regional sales pros to crush pitches and tenders.
- BD Coach in Action: You'll be guiding recruitment teams with smart business development habits, boosting lead generation and sales momentum across the board.
- Market Scout: You'll be tracking trends, reporting on what's hot in the market, and uncovering new ways to grow our brand and service offering.
- Territory Explorer: You'll be jumping into new regions and industries, helping us expand our footprint and unlock fresh opportunities.
- Recruitment Connector: You'll be supporting recruiters to seamlessly transition client relationships into top-tier service delivery and long-term partnerships.
- Contractor Networker: You'll be engaging with our current US contractor base, creating a loop of valuable feedback, referrals, and relationship wins.
