Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager, you will work directly with leadership to identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, grow revenue, and drive expansion initiatives. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (locations, partnerships, franchises, events, etc.)
• Develop and implement strategies to increase brand visibility and customer reach
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and collaborators
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align growth initiatives
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for stakeholders
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (hospitality or food industry experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
