- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.), Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing business deals.
Compensation: $90,000 - $103,000/yr
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth.
- The BDM will develop and implement strategies to expand the company's market presence, establish long-term partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
- This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Analyze competitors and evaluate the company's position in the market.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and develop action plans.
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Monitor and report on sales performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide regular updates to management on business development activities and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.), Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing business deals.
Skills: Strong understanding of market dynamics and business development principles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
