What You'll Be Doing
- Hunting & Closing: Build and manage a sales pipeline from scratch, driving the full sales cycle-from cold outreach to contract.
- Targeting Key Players: Engage with C-suite executives, asset managers, and property managers across commercial real estate.
- Shaping Strategy: Help refine our go-to-market approach with real-time customer insights.
- Owning the Territory: Work autonomously within a small US-based team and make the role your own.
- Being the Face: Represent the brand at meetings, pitches, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in PropTech or a related vertical.
- A proven track record of building pipeline and winning new business-especially in underdeveloped territories.
- Experience selling into real estate owners, property managers, or asset managers.
- Confidence with outbound tactics-cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
- Grit and resilience-this won't be easy, and that excites you.
- A self-starter mindset-you don't need (or want) someone looking over your shoulder.
- A consultative seller who listens, adapts, and crafts solutions that land.
