Location: Dallas/Fort Worth

Compensation: $80,000-$125,000 in Y1 with 20% commission on sales.

A leading HVAC distributor is expanding its team in the North Texas market and looking for driven BDMs and New Business winners to represent top-tier HVAC products and sell directly into medium to large sized HVAC Contractors across the DFW area.
With over 200+ locations across North America and beyond, this company is a recognized powerhouse in distributing residential and light commercial HVAC/R products, parts, and supplies.

What You'll Do:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities.
- Execute strategic sales plans and expand the customer base in your assigned territory.
- Build partnerships with key HVAC contractors and decision-makers.
- Represent the brand at industry events, seminars, and local associations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consultative selling.
- Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Sales Process & Strategy
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in Salesforce.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven personality.
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to spend up to 80% of your time in the field.
