Business Development Manager to join their
Industrial Construction Division.
About The Role
This position plays a pivotal role in driving visibility and engagement within cutting-edge industries, including
semiconductors, electric vehicles, synthetic materials, batteries, and data center construction. The Business Development Manager will work strategically to
identify opportunities, nurture key relationships, and shape long-term organizational goals aligned with market conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan
- Prospect and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent the company at industry events and professional organizations
- Manage contacts and leads via a CRM system
- Lead proposal development by coordinating with marketing, estimating, and operations teams
- Foster collaboration in a team environment where every voice matters
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs
- Maintain accurate CRM data, including leads, opportunities, contacts, and competitors
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and company leaders
- Expand industry networks through active participation in key organizations at local, state, and national levels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience (10+ years preferred)
- Established relationships within target industries, with a deep understanding of client needs and tailored solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred, but not required)
