Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist with a proven track record in develop and execute sales strategies. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of corporate contacts, extensive experience in HR and recruitment sales, and a deep understanding of market trends in the staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage an extensive network of HR professionals, corporate recruiting managers, and decision-makers to generate new leads.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry demands to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and service agreements tailored to client requirements.
Networking & Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships through networking, professional events, and client meetings.
- Represent the company at conferences, career fairs, and industry summits to strengthen brand awareness and create new business opportunities.
- Actively engage in LinkedIn networking, social media marketing, and direct outreach to potential clients.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track sales performance metrics, pipeline growth, and revenue achievements against targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, ensuring all client interactions and opportunities are documented.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development efforts, market conditions, and client feedback.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 5+ years of business development experience in the US staffing and recruitment industry.
- Proven success in B2B sales, staffing solutions, and account management.
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities
- Deep understanding of full-time staffing, recruitment trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent market research, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and client-specific needs.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and networking skills.
