Overview:
We're seeking a high-energy Market Manager with a hunter mentality to drive new client acquisition in the Charlotte market. Ideal candidates are fearless prospectors, relationship-builders, and deal-closers. Experience in staffing is a plus but not required - we're more interested in your ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and close deals.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
- Conduct outreach via cold calling, networking, social media, and events
- Schedule and lead client meetings to understand business needs and position solutions
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Hunter mentality - self-driven, relentless, and motivated by goals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR solutions is a bonus, but not required
- Local market knowledge of Charlotte and surrounding areas is strongly preferred
