Overview:

We're seeking a high-energy Market Manager with a hunter mentality to drive new client acquisition in the Charlotte market. Ideal candidates are fearless prospectors, relationship-builders, and deal-closers. Experience in staffing is a plus but not required - we're more interested in your ability to identify opportunities, open doors, and close deals.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients across various industries
  • Conduct outreach via cold calling, networking, social media, and events
  • Schedule and lead client meetings to understand business needs and position solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Hunter mentality - self-driven, relentless, and motivated by goals
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HR solutions is a bonus, but not required
  • Local market knowledge of Charlotte and surrounding areas is strongly preferred
