Excellent opportunity to work for a leading B Corp certified company in Business Development / Sales.

This full time, permanent, fully remote role includes the following duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across the Insights division, ensuring retention and adoption of products and services.
  • Drive new business growth and take full responsibility for achieving targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and manage existing accounts while demonstrating new business acquisition.
  • Attend face-to-face meetings with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and present sales plans that outline clear paths to exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and promotions that increase product adoption.
  • Deliver effective product presentations to clients to enhance brand awareness.
  • Follow up on inbound leads to cultivate relationships with clients.
  • Gather market feedback to inform product development and improvements.
  • Ensure timely responses to client requests and maintain accurate contact information in Hubspot.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects at all levels.
  • Support company policies in line with good governance and our B Corp certification commitment.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the environmental consultancy sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations.
  • Relevant qualifications in business, sales, or environmental sciences are desirable.
