Job Description
Hengli Global Industries is looking for highly proactive and dynamic sales managers for the North America sales team. All managers will share common responsibilities centered around growing Hengli's business through product evangelism, educating existing accounts, and proactively seeking out and starting conversations with new accounts.
As a Sales Manager you will:
- Become a subject matter expert on Hengli's capabilities and product offerings
- Search for opportunities where Hengli can deliver value - then engage and tactfully position a solution
- Manage sales activities and client relationship information then organize a monthly progress report.
- Be able to plan, execute, present, and follow up on virtual and in-person events across the US and Canada
- Meet established sales quota by selling Hengli's product solutions and services.
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing clients and potential new business sales opportunities within assigned territory.
- Meet weekly with management to plan and review territory prospecting activity.
- Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth within assigned sales territory.
- Organize and implement post-sale delivery and implementation of Hengli's product solutions at customer locations.
Qualifications:
- BS/BA in Business administration or related field preferred.
- Outside sales experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Relevant industry experience accepted instead of a college degree.
- Technology competent, understanding of MS Office applications.
- Require a valid US driver's license
Experience:
- Two years of relevant experience in outbound sales calling or proactive account management
- Firm understanding of metal fabrication manufacturing process
- Ability to manage one's time and projects with minimal oversight
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Details:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year plus uncapped sales commission
Travel: Up to 1 week per month within continental United States or Canada
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, on site
