Our client provides a full range of environmental services including 24-hour spill response, above and underground tank management, vacuum truck services, hazardous waste transportation and disposal, industrial cleanings, and soil and groundwater remediation. Services rendered in Baltimore, DC, and Mid-Atlantic Regions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan targeting new customers and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Work with our Project Managers to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Research organizations to identify new sales and marketing opportunities.
- Set meetings with key staff and their customer counterparts to expand sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Work with our marketing team to maintain social media platforms, oversee advertising campaigns, and develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, report on industry trends, and make recommendations on how to best position the business within the industry.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Maintain standards and reputation in the industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, or related field
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
