Job Summary:

This is an outside sales role where you'll travel to construction sites, build lasting client relationships, and sell our staffing solutions to major contractors across the U.S.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients
  • Present, negotiate, and close sales
  • Maintain client records and activity in CRM
  • Visit construction job sites regularly
  • Represent HardHat's brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a goal-driven mindset
  • Commercial construction experience preferred
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
