Dimensional Thinking is a fast growing staffing & recruiting company with a solid and loyal customer base and we want to expand that base rapidly. To accomplish this, we want to hire a Business Development Manager who will be focused on bringing in new customers. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of experience in business development in the staffing and recruiting industry with a proven track record of winning new business. We are relationship focused and prefer to work directly with decision makers rather than working through MSPs. We are seeking someone who lives for the hunt and wants to close business, establish a strong relationship with the new clients, and grow them into established clients with long term revenue potential. The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, be aggressive in pursuing leads, be able to close deals independently, and make sure the client is getting what they want and need. The candidate will have a heavy background in the staffing industry, strong knowledge and experience screening candidates and is very well versed in the multiple industries and skill sets. They will not be afraid to call hiring managers, navigate the org chart to find the right person with whom to establish a relationship, and then pursue those relationships relentlessly.

Location: Atlanta Metro Area, work from home but will meet with clients in person on a regular basis, meeting with the team in person periodically

Role & Responsibilities
- Research and prospect leads to identify the right hiring managers or talent acquisition personnel to sell staffing and recruiting services to for that client
- Creatively identify and connect with leads using all tools available - LinkedIn Sale Navigator, Company Database (i.e. CRM), prior relationships, existing consultants, existing clients etc.
- Quickly identify the process for doing business with a new client - Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition, MSP or Direct
- Develop relationships with client to gain their trust and get new job requirements on a regular basis, becoming their loyal trusted partner
- Work closely with client to identify highest priority positions to work on, understand the full requirements for those positions, and process for submitting candidates
- Manage the internal Account Management team to ensure recruiting efforts meet client expectations
- Successfully navigate the process, negotiate contracts, and onboard clients
- Meet leads on a daily, weekly and monthly basis via in person, phone, email, and text
- Report sales activity on daily basis to leadership and submit weekly sales reports
- Travel to meet clients to help improve business relationships and opportunities
- Capture client job requirements, communicating to the team, enabling them to successfully find and submit qualified candidates
Qualifying factors
- Prior experience as a Business Development Manager in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry - 2+ years
- Experience in the staffing for Engineering, IT, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, or other professional skill sets
- Extensive experience in acquiring new clients and relationship building
- Aggressive, having a desire to hunt, and demonstrated ability to consistently meet sales targets
- Ability to negotiate and execute contracts with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage candidates through the entire recruiting lifecycle
- Solid understanding of staffing business, sales and recruitment processes
- Ability to multitask bringing in new business while also managing existing clients
- Strong communication, organization & presentation skills are essential
- Solid business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset needed
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, as well as critical thinking skills needed
- Able to work as an independent contributor and also part of a team
Education
- Bachelor, Masters, or prior work experience equivalent to a degree
