Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a new position within the company, aimed at expanding our market presence and driving growth in the Southeast territory.
Salary: $150k - 200k + Annual Bonus (No Commision)

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough research to identify new markets, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Arrange and lead business meetings with prospective clients to promote our products/services.
- Sales Contracts: Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant data.
- Feedback & Support: Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop entry-level staff into valuable sales professionals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales and customer support.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build rapport, strong time management and planning skills.
- Education: BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field/experience.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Cultural Fit: Must align with our company culture and values.
